Hi! Tina and Erin here! We are the 360-degree fitness and wellness professionals and mother-daughter duo that make up “The Mundys”. We are here to support you along your journey and show women everywhere the power in community!

Hi, I’m Tina, and I am so happy you’re here!

Hi, it’s Tina and I’m so happy you’re here! I’m a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, a former Cabinet Minister, tireless community advocate, and mother to three amazing children. My path to get to where I am today has been filled with failures, hard knocks and I have had to reinvent myself and redefine my life’s purpose again and again.

Hi! I’m Erin, Tina’s daughter and first-time new mom to a beautiful baby boy.

You will see me every morning leading our live workouts and yoga sessions. I’m a Canfitpro certified Fitness Instructor and Yoga Instructor. I am also certified as a Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist and Core Confidence Specialist. My mission is to make you feel safe and supported and to help you enjoy moving your body each day!

The Mundy Method is truly a 360 approach to wellness, and I appreciate it so much! This program does not only focus on one aspect of health like other fitness/wellness programs, but really emphasizes the importance of ALL pillars of health. The workouts are do-able (NO BURPEES!) but still have you breaking out in a sweat every time. I love that I can get my stretching in between HIIT days too with virtual Yoga classes.  The community partner sessions are a wonderful bonus and I have truly learned so much not only from the presenters, but also who is available to me in our community if I need some extra help and guidance in a certain area.
