Hi, it’s Tina! I’m a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, a former Cabinet Minister, tireless community advocate, and mother to three amazing children. My path to get to where I am today has been filled with failures, hard knocks and I have had to reinvent myself and redefine my life’s purpose again and again.

I used to hate the body I lived in and was forever chasing the perfect look. For more than 40 years, I battled disordered eating, and tried almost every restrictive diet out there. I’ve joined the gym and quit the gym more times than I can count. I followed unsustainable programs that set me up to fail, and fail I did, every time. Society conditioned me to believe that because I failed, I was weak, and left me feeling shame, guilt, and remorse. Then I’d be off searching for the next diet or fitness craze.

Then peri-menopause and menopause ran over me like a truck and at the same time I suffered a devastating loss of the job I loved. I was forced to take a hard look at my life and how I was going to move into this new chapter of my life. This is when I realized in my heart, that I needed more than a meal plan, a restrictive diet, or a beach body workout. I needed a comprehensive program that would help me establish a healthy relationship with food and a safe consistent way to move my body. But I also needed to empower myself with the right knowledge to take care of my mental, emotional and physical self in order to reinvent myself and become the best version of me.

It’s been a long, difficult, and emotional recovery but I am finally at peace with my body, mind and spirit. I am now on a mission to ensure that every woman has the proper tools and feels supported in her personal journey to become the best version of herself.

With the help and support of my family, The Mundy Method was born.

Hi, I’m Erin, Tina’s daughter and first-time new mom to a beautiful baby boy.

For most of my life I had a love-hate relationship with exercise. I thought of it as a necessary evil I had to put up with, but I was never satisfied with the results. Regardless of how much (or little) I worked out, I wasn’t skinny enough, fast enough, or strong enough. So I never really stuck with a workout program longer than a few weeks.

It wasn’t until grad school that my perspective on exercise shifted. I was dealing with a major case of imposter syndrome and the pressure of grad school. Exercise became a way to calm my nerves, clear my head, and give me the energy to tackle whatever life threw at me. That mind-shift has made such a difference in my life. Exercise was no longer something I had to do. Rather, it became something I wanted to do, enjoyed, and actually became a form of therapy for me. Now, I start each day by moving my body, sometimes a lot ,and sometimes only a little, but either way I feel refreshed and ready to seize the day.

While on my fitness journey, I realized it was important to be properly educated on technique and form as well as the various types of fitness programs for women. I became a certified Canfitpro Certified Fitness Instructor and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YYT) certification.

For those of you who are or hoping to be pregnant, I know how stressful this period is. Fertility struggles, miscarriage, pregnancy hormones, physical changes to your body – I’ve been there and am there. I knew I wanted to stay strong during pregnancy and be prepared for birth and postpartum, so I became certified as a Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist and Core Confidence Specialist. With these certifications, I can safely and effectively train women, pre- and post-partum, in better core and pelvic floor health and assist with postpartum recovery.

I’ve designed our workouts with your pelvic floor and core health in mind to ensure you feel safe and supported while working out, to remove the stress and to foster your enjoyment of moving your body every day!
