Our private The Mundy Method Facebook group is central to our program. Not only is it our platform for sharing information, leading classes and conducting sessions, it is a key tool to connect the members of our community, harnessing the power of shared goals and individual progress. The page allows you to link with this supportive group regardless of where in the world you are located.

Once you sign up for a membership, you will be given a code to access this online community group. We encourage you to introduce yourself in the Facebook group to let us know a bit about you, share your selfies, a movement for the day, and show some love to your fellow community members! Participation in the Facebook community is super important so that everyone feels the power of community and support of like-minded people walking shoulder to shoulder on this journey!
