What makes The Mundy Method unique?

Experience has shown us that most women focus on the physical when looking to change their lives. While we agree that diet and exercise are important to our health, we also believe that other aspects of our health require attention as well. Our well-rounded mind, body, and spirit approach to wellness paves the way for true transformation that lasts.

Do I need any special workout equipment?

You can do our workouts literally anywhere: your backyard, bedroom, living room, or kitchen. As long as you have some space to move around, you’re all set!

You will need:
– Yoga mat
– Weights (1-12 lbs) are recommended, but not necessary, for our HIIT workouts. If you don’t have weights, you can always use items you have around the house, such as cans of soup or bags of sand or rice.

What is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout?

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves short bursts of physical activity followed by quick recovery periods (rest). HIIT is more effective at burning fat and calories than traditional workouts – and even continues to burn calories after you’ve stopped exercising!

We know “high intensity” sounds intimidating but don’t worry. High intensity is not the same thing as high impact (we won’t do any burpees, I promise). “Intensity” refers to increasing your heart rate. This looks different for everyone, so just focus on doing your best!

What are your yoga classes like?

Our yoga classes will work for you whether you are experienced or new to this activity. Each pose will be demonstrated and explained, with options for modifications, including pre-and post-natal.
